Visa Management Platform

At VivEurope, I led a complete digital transformation initiative, starting with a full rebranding effort and the creation of a scalable Design System that established a consistent visual and interaction language across all products. I designed and delivered the end-to-end Case Manager experience, a highly complex operational platform used by immigration specialists to manage visa and relocation processes, track case progress, handle documentation, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliance throughout the customer journey. In parallel, I designed two distinct dashboards tailored to different user groups, balancing complex business requirements with usability and efficiency. I also designed the company’s fully responsive marketing website, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. Throughout the project, I worked closely with product, business, and engineering teams, leading design strategy, defining requirements, creating scalable patterns, and supporting implementation to ensure consistency, scalability, and a seamless user experience across the entire ecosystem.
