AI Assistant

I led the end-to-end design of Binance.US’s AI Assistant, from early concept exploration and POC definition to the current MVP experience now rolling out to approximately 30% of the user base. The project included conversational UX, AI interaction patterns, contextual market insights, streaming behaviors, loading and skeleton systems, action previews, compliance-aware experiences, and scalable cross-platform components for iOS and Android. I collaborated closely with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to define the assistant’s behavior, usability, and visual language, ensuring the experience aligned with both business and regulatory requirements. This initiative helped establish a new AI-driven product direction inside the platform, improving discoverability, engagement, and the overall trading experience through intelligent, contextual interactions.
